In Turbo mode (maximum power), a single battery can support 60 minutes of runtime, and two batteries can support 120 minutes of runtime. In Eco mode (70% power), a single battery can support 75 minutes of runtime, and two batteries can support 150 minutes of runtime.
It takes 100 minutes to charge a single battery from 0% to 100%. When the battery is at 20%, the machine will prompt that the battery is low. If you start charging from 20% at this time, it will take 80 minutes to charge to 100%.
Artist 1 uses two ternary lithium batteries, and the parameters of a single battery are 24V, 13Ah; Artist 1 supports working with only one battery. When working, Artist 1 will draw power from a single battery instead of from two batteries at the same time.
The battery of Artist 1 is a ternary lithium battery, and the number of cycles is about 800 times; the default warranty period is 3 years.
The Artist 1 has a 4L (1.06 Gallon) fresh water tank, which can clean approximately 450 square meters (4843 square feet).
The cleaning width of a single disc brush is 20cm (7.87 inches), and the cleaning width of two disc brushes is 40cm (15.75 inches).
Without considering the time to change the water in the water tank, the maximum cleaning area in theory is about 1,200 square meters per hour.
The net weight of Artist 1 (when the water tank is empty) is 23kg, and when the fresh water tank is filled with 4L of water, the total weight is 27kg. The machine has a self-propelled forward force when it is started, which is very easy.
Artist 1 is suitable for small and medium-sized architectural scenes, such as restaurants/hospitals/schools, etc.; it can also be used for small scenes in large buildings, such as offices and warehouses in factories.
The Artist 1 is equipped with two lithium batteries and does not require an external power source. It can be used in outdoor scenes.
Artist 1 has a unique noise reduction design. In Eco mode, the noise level can be as low as 60dB(A), and in Turbo mode, the noise level can be as low as 68dB(A).
Artist 1 is suitable for hard floors, such as tiles/wood floors. For carpet scenes, Artist 1 cannot work in disc brush mode, but can work in scouring pad mode (but it cannot fully achieve the cleaning effect of a single scrubber on carpets).

Artist 1 is equipped with an optical dirt recognition sensor, which adjusts the machine power by analyzing the degree of floor cleanliness, achieving the effect of light sweeping for light dirt and heavy sweeping for heavy dirt. It saves water and electricity while protecting the floor.
Artist No. 1 is equipped with a water electrolysis module that can use Cl- ions in water to electrolyze into CLO-, OH-, and O3- for sterilization.
Artist 1 is a manual cleaning device, not a cleaning robot, and does not have automatic cleaning path planning capabilities.

The Artist 1 does not have an automatic cleaning function and requires the user to perform manual maintenance and cleaning after daily use.
Artist 1 supports APP, but Artist 1 cannot be remotely controlled through APP. The cleaning report of Artist 1 can be viewed through APP.
Artist 1 suggested spending 3 minutes on equipment maintenance at the end of each workday.
It is recommended to empty and flush the waste tank; clean the brushes, squeegee and suction surface.
If you do not use the battery for 3 consecutive months, you need to fully charge it to maintain good battery performance.
The replacement cycle of the disc brush depends on the frequency of use. The disc brush has a service life, which is generally 3-6 months.
The replacement cycle of the HEPA filter depends on usage and maintenance habits, and the general service life is 3 months.
Artist 1 supports completely opening the interior of the sewage pool for cleaning. You can flush it directly downwards, or use a high-pressure water gun if conditions permit.
When Artist 1 is not in use, fold the structure and place it upright against a wall.
If used strictly in accordance with the instructions, the Artist 1 is designed to last for 5 years. Please read the instructions carefully and use only as recommended.
When Artist 1 encounters a problem, the machine screen will display the problem information and provide solutions, and the speakers will broadcast the information simultaneously; if the problem cannot be solved by following the machine's suggestions, please contact the supplier from which you purchased the equipment.
The default warranty period for Artist 1 is 1 year, and customers in need can pay to extend it to 2 years.
The Artist 1 motor has an overload protection feature. If the motor is overloaded, the machine will automatically stop and display a warning on the screen.
Artist 1 has obtained access certifications for different international markets such as CE/CB/FCC/UL.
The Artist 1 is designed to reduce quality risks. For example, we have never had any reports of failures related to the suction motor in any of the machines we have sold to date.
