Shanghai Aventurier Technology Development Co., Ltd，(“Aventurier”) provides warranty service. Warranty period may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulations.The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to Aventurier.
 
● Maintenance Services
In Warranty:
Aventurier provides free maintenance spare parts and technical support to partners.
Aventurier offers warranty services under the following conditions:
a. The products are within the specified warranty period;
b. Purchased from authorized dealers；
c. The serial number and warranty label or sealed label are clear,without any changed or damaged;
d. The products are normally used, without man-made quality issues.
Out of Warranty:
a. Over the Product warranty period.
b. Purchased from unauthorized dealers.
c. Serial number is not clear, changed or damaged.
d. Warranty label or sealed label is changed or damage.
e. That was under services, repairs, corrections, or changes conducted by an unauthorized party by Aventurier.
f. Operation, handling, or use contrary to the product manual, improper operation, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance.
g. Use of parts and accessories not produced or recommended by Aventurier.
h. Wear and tear by normal daily use of the Product and its accessories.
i. Failure to clear obstructions and other hazardous substances from the equipment resulting in damage.
j. Force majeure factors unrelated to product quality and use, such as natural disasters, accidents, etc.
 
● Value-added Services
Training services
Aventurier provides product training services includes, but is not limited to, product usage, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, product repair, and spare part replacement.
Aventurier shall supply remote technical support to solve technical issues, with a 7*24H response time. Remote technical support team email：support@avt-ai.com
Extended Warranty Services
The partner can purchase an extended warranty from Aventurier. It is not allowed to purchase extended warranty services when the product’s warranty has expired.
